Now, we all know the story of how I got lost in Seoul while waiting for my friends, as well as how I went to Seoul 3 hours before my meeting time with them. If you don’t know the story… I suggest clicking Here!

Anyways, while I was exploring the area… stumbled upon Hyochang Park just a couple of blocks away from Sookmyung Women’s University.

I entered the park and just thought it’s probably going to be another park and I should just walk around and take some pictures. Oh no, was I wrong… It was a park indeed but it was also a historic site that I have accidentally stumbled upon! The park actually has the burial sites of the people who fought off the Japanese from Korea!

I stumbled upon a tourist attraction/historical site by accident! I was surprised and very astonished to have discovered this park.

I would definitely recommend this park, not for the historical status but the park itself is very quiet and very nice to take a stroll in!
