I feel I really should keep a schedule on when to post… This way, I can at least force myself to get on my laptop and start writing :P
Check out the attached video for a short summary of my trip to Jeju! The video was inspired by the one Kookie made for his Japan trip with Jimin! I got addicted to the song “There for you” after that video and his editing was so good that I wanted to try it out for myself… No copying intended, simply wanted to try to recreate LOL

I hitched a ride with one of the teachers at my school to Chuncheon and stayed with my friend for the night~ On the morning of November 22, we took a bus to the intercity bus terminal and got on a bus bound for Wonju Airport (This marks the start of our Jeju journey).
We arrived at Jeju International airport in the afternoon, and the provincial office of education or Gangwon-do immediately took us to our first sight on the schedule: the EcoLand!
This place is pretty! Serene, quiet, I wish we could’ve stayed here for a longer period of time!
I have a thing for waterfalls and nature… although I do enjoy taking portraits as well: I’m better at taking pictures of nature :P
I do recommend coming here!! You ride a train to get to the different parts of the ecoland… One thing that’s a shame is that we couldn’t spend a lot of time here since we came a bit late and they were closing soon ㅠㅠ
They also have a garden that gave me “Beauty and the Beast” vibes~~
If you’re looking to visit: check out this website!

The second day started early as we head out to the beautiful Udo (an island just off the coast of Jeju Island - I know, so many islands).
I forgot I had this on my list until the moment I went through my bucket list for Korea again :P I’m getting old… my memories and brain can’t keep up anymore haha… I’m glad I actually got the chance to complete my bucket list while joining in group bonding activities :P
Even the ferry ride to Udo was very beautiful! I can’t imagine how beautiful Udo actually is!
At last, We have arrived!! The light rays coming through the clouds are just astonishing!
And… Our first stop after getting off the ferry is the lighthouse! The provincial education office had buses and drivers for taking us around Udo! The driver was our tour guide and unfortuantely spoke in Korean… so I barely understood him hahah (At least I enjoyed the beautiful island!)
This is very dangerous kids! Do not attempt this! I had the fear that the rock was gonna break and I’m gonna fall down but I’m just psyching myself out :P
We were debating forever whether or not to go down the stairs to the beach.. but It was so worth! It’s so pretty and there’s a cave that you can explore (I didn’t do it)
The infamous Udo Peanut Ice cream… To be honest, it tasted just like normal peanuts to me? But I guess it’s the trend to eat peanuts when you are on Udo!
Another interesting thing! Guess whose autograph I found while walking down to the parking lot? I found BTS autographs!! [Fangirl moment: I can’t believe BTS has been here as well! I’m in the same place! OMG]

The third day on Jeju-Do! Today is a day of free-time activities with your group members… We had to do a group project that showcased our closeness in the group and how we experienced the cultural stuff…. ==
They dropped us off at Cheonjiyeon Falls and We were allowed to go off and do our own stuff!
Just a reminder that Cheonjiyeon Falls has an admission fee of ₩3,000… However, if you are under the age of 24: the admission fee is discounted!

We visited a traditional market on Jeju and got our souvenirs to bring back to our perspective schools!

From the market, we came to the Seobok Exhibition! The admission fee was not a lot (there’s also the under 24 years old discounts available)! The exhibition was really cool because it actually partnered with a city in China and it has the actual terracotta soldiers here! (Being Chinese heritage, I have never seen the terra cotta soldiers in real life so seeing it was really interesting!)

Last day on Jeju-Do ㅠㅠ
I don’t want to leave but I have to… On the last day, the education office brought us to a tangerine farm and we got to pick out our own tangerines to take home! I love tangerines so I was VERY excited ahhaha
Time to leave this wonderful place and go back home to face reality!
I will definitely come back to Jeju! It’s way too beautiful!
